Laverne, I was so sorry to hear that I lost my best friend. I'll never forget you and I want to thank you for being my best friend. After 40 years we found each other again, and I can still remember how wonderful that day was. Our daily phone calls always made my day. When I will look into the heavenly sky I'll think of you... You'll always be my Angel out there. I'll keep in touch with Byron, because I know that would mean a lot to you. Your friend

Laverne was a sweet caring lady whom I met while sharing a room at Bedford Care facilitywith her mother. We had many conversations while I worked on her family tree and I enjoyed our friendship for several years . She visited me many times after I moved to Aldersgate where i still live. I am saddened to hear of her passing.
